2013's "FAULTY" FEBRUARY?
(Post from the Prophecies forums, including Spiritualparanormalprophecy.com)
January 2013 ended on a somewhat active note with severe weather in the U.S., particularly Georgia, and a handful of M-6 range quakes. Many may now wonder, What will February have in store? It might be that the latest events, mainly quakes and perhaps severe storms, are paving the way for what could be a month of sudden natural events, and perhaps a few disasters, with special attention focusing on earthquakes and tornadoes. This is what the Rat predicts for how February might turn out:
February 1: (As I write this on this day, the window for opportunity is still open, especially for earthquakes) Probable Scenario: A strong earthquake with possibly moderate impacts, likely in the Magnitude 6.5 - 7.0 range. A Landslide is also possible in the remainder of today. Main Areas to Watch: watch areas along the Pacific Ring of Fire or other world areas recently experiencing EQ activity, such as the Western Americas, lately South America and northern North America, as well as and eastern Europe, Japan/Southeast Asia. Also watch mountainous areas for possible landslides. Significant Risk: The chance for natural disaster on this date is 20 percent, with a 10 percent risk for the disaster becoming severe.
February 5: Possible Scenario: This date may see an Earthquake with possibly moderate impacts, likely in the Magnitude 6.0 to 6.5 range or having impacts typical for quakes of this strength. A Landslide/Mudslide might also occur on this date. Second Possible Scenario: Severe Weather, especially relating to thunderstorms. Main Areas to Watch: Watch areas along the Pacific Ring of Fire or other world areas recently experiencing EQ activity, such as South and North America's western coasts and eastern Europe, SE Asia. Monitor regions with mountains and hilly areas experiencing heavy rains then...for possible landslides. Watch the southern U.S. for possible severe weather ahead of any cold fronts then as well. Modest Risk: The chance for natural disaster on this date is 10 percent.
February 7: Possible Scenario: The clone of February 5th; This date may see an Earthquake with possibly moderate impacts, likely in the Magnitude 6.0 to 6.5 range or having impacts typical for quakes of this strength.
February 11: (Another day similar to Feb. 5th and 7th) Possible Scenario: This date may see an Earthquake with possibly moderate impacts, likely in the Magnitude 6.0 to 6.5 range. A Landslide/Mudslide might also occur on this date. Second Possible Scenario: Severe Weather, especially relating to thunderstorms and tornadoes. An outside chance exists that this day brings a quick-hitting winter storm as well.
February 14: Likely Scenario: Strong Earthquake, with possibly significant impacts, strikes on this date and has a strength or impacts similar to the Magnitude 7.0. Landslides are also possible. Second Possible Scenario: A Tornado outbreak, or bout of Severe Weather should be looked out for as well. Again, there is also a chance for a rapidly moving winter storm to make its mark on this date. Main Areas to Watch: For the Earthquake: Watch places such as South and North America's western coasts, Africa's northern and eastern sector, and eastern Europe, SE Asia. Monitor regions with mountains and hilly areas experiencing heavy rains then...for possible landslides. For the Bad Weather: Watch the southern portion of the U.S. for possible severe weather and strong tornadoes ahead of any cold fronts, watch the temperate regions of North America, Europe and Asia for potential winter storms, especially near the ocean. Significant Risk: The chance for natural disaster on this date is 20 percent, with a 10 percent risk for the disaster becoming severe.
February 17: (A February 14th look-alike this year) Most Likely Scenario: Strong Earthquake, with possibly significant impacts, strikes on this date possibly being of Magnitude 7.0. Landslides could also happen with this potential quake. Second Possible Scenario: A Tornado outbreak, or bout of Severe Weather could occur as well. Again, there is also a chance for a rapidly moving winter storm to make its mark on this date, since it is still only February in the northern hemisphere winter. Main Areas to Watch: For the Earthquake: Watch world areas recently experiencing EQ activity, such as South, Central and North America's western coasts and eastern Europe, SE Asia. Also watch other quake-prone regions, like northern Africa and the Middle East.
February 23: (The big date this month) Most Likely Scenario: Massive Earthquake with possibly significant to severe impacts, possibly around Magnitude 8.0 with ensuing Tsunami, or with impacts typical of a quake of this range. Landslides and other sudden natural events/disasters are also possible on this date. Due to the nature of this date, there is an outside risk for this event to strike just before or after this date (Feb. 22 or the 24th). Second Likely Scenario: Major Tornado/Severe Weather Outbreak, most likely occurring in the Southern half of the U.S. Other Possible Scenarios: Major Winter Storm, a fast mover possibly, strikes on this day, or a dangerous Cyclone forms and hits East Africa/Madagascar or Australia on this powerful date. Killer Flash Floods are also a possibility. Main Areas to Watch: A date like this warrants much of the world's attention; Watch the Pacific Ring of Fire and other world areas recently experiencing EQ activity , such as California and Japan/Southeast Asia, very closely! Beware mountains and hilly areas experiencing heavy rains then...for landslides. Lookout along the southern sector of the United States should severe weather become forecast by this date, as it could prove serious. Watch the South Indian Ocean for possible landfalling cyclones, especially in Madagascar and Australia. Lastly, watch for possible "Nor'easter" winter-type storms on this date in colder parts of the N. Hemisphere. High risk: The chance for a natural disaster is 30 percent on this date, with a 20 percent chance it turns out severe or catastrophic.
February 26: Likely Scenario: Another strong Quake with possibly significant impacts is could hit on this date, possibly being Major with a magnitude of 7.0+. This may be a strong aftershock of the Feb. 23 earthquake if it occurs. Second Possible Scenario: A Tornado Outbreak, or bout of Severe Weather, should be watched for as well, especially in the U.S. Nor'Easter-type storms are also an outside possibility on this date. Main Areas to Watch: For the Earthquake: Watch places such as South and North America's western coasts, Africa's northern and eastern sector, and eastern Europe, SE Asia. Monitor regions with mountains and hilly areas experiencing heavy rains then...for possible landslides. For the Severe Weather: Watch the southern portion of the U.S. for possible severe weather and strong tornadoes ahead of any cold fronts, watch the temperate regions of North America, Europe and Asia for potential winter storms, especially near the ocean. Significant Risk: The chance for natural disaster on this date is 20 percent, with a 10 percent risk for the disaster becoming severe.
The Month at a Glance:
February 2013 is an unusual-looking month. All of the risk dates this month are "single", without coming in groups. Single risk dates are prime candidates for sudden natural disasters, and February has 8 of these. Of these risk days, the worst lie in the second part of the month, making the second half especially dangerous for events such as earthquakes, landslides, tsunamis and tornadoes. February 2013 is an earthquake-prone month, and i advise all who live in earthquake fault zones to be just a little more cautious and alert just in case! I still include winter storm events as possible scenarios for this month as it is February, but do keep in mind that they are much less likely than either the Earthquakes or possible tornadoes we may see later this month. The U.S. should lookout for more severe weather outbreaks that may come their way this month. Overall, this month has an above-average number or risk periods (8), all comprised of lone "single" dates, which makes it more dangerous for quakes than the average month despite having only 1 "high risk" date (Feb. 23). This is why February 2013 might be "faulty". Globally speaking, There will likely be 2 Natural Disasters this month, likely quakes or twisters, where one could perhaps bring severe impacts to the particular world region it affects. February 23 may bring the biggest event of the month.
Well my friends, this is what I see for February. I wish everyone a happy and safe month no matter what the weather or what the month may bring. Stay safe y'all!

UPDATE: FEB. 20th 2013
EARTHQUAKE WARNING IN EFFECT FEBRUARY 22-24, 2013 MAIN DATE OF CONCERN: FEB. 23.
WATCH ALL EARTHQUAKE ZONES, ESPECIALLY S.E. ASIA, EASTERN EUROPE, SOUTH PACIFIC, AND WESTERN AMERICAN CONTINENT FOR POSSIBLY MAJOR EARTHQUAKE.
LANDSLIDE, FLASH FLOOD, MUDSLIDE WATCH IN EFFECT FOR THE SAME PERIOD (Feb. 22-24).
WATCH SOUTH AMERICA, S.E. ASIA AND ANY OTHER REGIONS NEAR MOUNTAINS EXPERIENCING HEAVY RAINS.
The date of February 23rd is becoming more and more likely to bear an earthquake or other sudden natural disaster. There is a risk for an earthquake of Magnitude 7.0 or higher on this day, and the percentage for this to happen is almost as high as the disaster-risk probability for the date: 25 to 30 percent. Weather forecasts have been calling for parts of South America to receive heavy rains during the same time frame, and this is one of two prime locations to watch for possible flood, mudslide and landslide disasters. The other place to watch for this is Southeast Asia, including Indonesia and the Philippines. No reliable weather forecast models are calling for any other significant by this date save for a possible Nor'easter in the N.E. U.S. and possible Severe Weather in the South-Central regions of the same nation, but caution is still advised during this time. Stay tuned to you local weather stations for up to the minute info should you be threatened by bad weather on this date.
